Our Strata has had Samuel Jonnery as Property Manager for the past 2 years. He is very knowledgeable & pleasant to deal with,
very attentive & quick to respond to questions/concerns. He guides the Council through our regular meetings & duties, keeping us on track. He also keeps our AGM moving forward in an organized, informed manner (quite a challenge with older Strata Owners). We appreciate his professionalism and look forward to continuing working with him in the future. We highly recommend him as a PM.

Our building has had a lot of Property Managers and Property Management companies over the years and we have had very mixed experiences. However, we currently work with Laetitia and I have appreciated how responsive she is to our questions, and how transparent she has been with her processes. She follows up on things on our behalf without us needing to send lots of prompts and I hope she stays around for a while! 🙂

I am the President of Glenwood Manor Nw 255 we have been dealing with Pacific Quorum Properties personally since 2021. Our Strata Manager has always answered our questions and have been straight forward with Council and the owners of our condo all of these years. The Office Staff in Abbotsford are always cheerful and helpful and sometimes going beyond in one case this last Thursday holding the door open after locking the doors for myself to pickup a cheque at the office. If your truly looking for a Strata Management Company with those special people skills and dedicated employees that are willing to listen to their customers then this is the company your been looking for to accommodate your personal Strata needs. We are currently customers of Pacific Quorum Properties and we are happy with the services we get from this Property Management Company.

I am writing to commend Tabita Barbu of Pacific Quorum Properties. I am a lawyer, and I do some work for a client of Pacific Quorum. I have dealt with Tabita since mid-March 2024, which is when she became the property manager assigned to this client. Tabita always responds very promptly to my emails. Always. I completed a very, very important task for this client in the early evening yesterday, and asked Tabita to make sure to deal with this matter by today, as today was the deadline for her to do her work. When I arrived at the office this morning, I learned that Tabita had attended to this very important matter yesterday evening, not long after I had sent her my work!! I was so, so impressed.
