Was absolutely shocked and disappointed with the level of service. I work 70 hours a week, and am looking to relocate based on a career opportunity. I reached out to Bayview and explained I cannot make viewings as my schedule is too busy. However I don't care where I live, I just need to relocate. I have great references, and damage deposit / 2 months rent ready. I was told because of not being able to make viewings, they consider my punctuality and communication sub par to what they're looking for in a tenant. I.e not willing to work with me simply because I work too much to make a midday Wednesday viewing. Terrible service, terrible company. Watch out for Cassie Long and Kristyn Butterfueld

**Thankyou for your response, however my reference checks should be a great way to vet properly and be able to get my history of rental experience/consistency. I do not, nor do I think anyone reading this would consider that excuse reasonable. I work 70 hours a week, do not have time for viewings. I have amazing references and all the money necessary to secure a listing. Should be pretty straight forward, check my references, put me in a place. But your company refuses to work with people like myself. And that is extremely disappointing.

In conclusion, your communication with me has been extremely poor, your business ethics are lazy and are followed up by weak excuses. If I was a home owner I would not trust you with my property.

On a personal level, I have found her to be warm, friendly, welcoming and a great communicator - plus she appreciates good humour! On a professional level, she has shown high degrees of proficiency, efficiency and organisation.

My family and I have had so much stress and financial loss as a result of this company. We hire them and agree to pay the monthly expensive fees, so we don't have to deal with the stress. They are unprofessional, they breach the contract, they don't have your best interest and are unresponsive. If you ever have to deal with Terry or Cassie, please go to Remax or do it yourself!

Worst property management company in Nanaimo. They change their name frequently to avoid these bad reviews and now they call themselves Pacific Quorum, they changed that in August 2022. Worth noting that ALL the positive reviews here are by their STAFF. They are unprofessional, unethical and frankly don't care about walking the fine line of the law under the RTA for BC. If you are unfortunate enough to have them as your property manager, maybe start looking for a new place to live.
