Joy designed my kitchen in 2016 and I was so excited to have her back to work on my kitchen in my new home. She did an amazing job as I knew she would, only this time she was working for a better cabinet company, in my opinion. She gave me everything I wanted for less than I expected to pay. Bonus! I absolutely love the quality of the cabinets and the end result is stunning! I highly recommend Pac Rim, and Joy as a designer. I was so happy dealing with everyone, from office staff to designer, to installer. Adam, our installer was not only an interesting guy but a perfectionist. Pacific Rim has just completed their third project for us. Our first experience was at our house 7 years ago. The second and third were last year and this year in our apartment/townhouse. They have been consistently outstanding, from initial measurement through final installation. The workmanship is superb, definitely showing attention to detail. Pacific Rim Cabinets recently completed the installation of our new kitchen as part of a larger reno project. They did a terrific job. The cabinets themselves are beautiful and well crafted, but it's the people who made the difference. We started with a thoughtful design created by Rosa, followed by expert installation by Adam. Both were great. And a special shout-out to Gil, who went far above-and-beyond when it came time for a bit of creative problem solving and extra effort, and to Pam, who is the behind-the-scenes customer-focused person who knows how to weave together all the pieces and parts of a complex project. Well done, all.

We are very happy with the design, quality, service, and installation of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets in our new house. Everybody we dealt with was knowledgeable, kind, and friendly... very pleasant to work with! They are attending to every detail. We had asked Pacific Rim to bid because the company had built the custom kitchen and master bedroom closets for our cottage more than fifteen years ago, and we’ve always been pleased with their work. It’s great to see that Pacific Rim has maintained such a high level of quality over so many years. It was surprising, in addition, that the price they offered from Vancouver was lower than that of a reputable local competitor. High quality at a competitive price - wow!
