Just wanted to leave some feedback about your outstanding staff member, Erin Orr 🙂

Erin has been helping my wife and I with our taxes for a number of years now. We trust her with our taxes each year, because she is patient, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and gives great attention to detail.

I am notorious for forgetting to include certain items in my paperwork each year, but Erin patiently reminds me of what is required to complete my portion of taxes. She doesn't miss a thing!

Erin deserves much recognition and a raise, as she is an important asset to your organization. I have friends who also use Padgett at the Goldstream and Jacklin locations, because of Erin's great work 👍

I had so many questions about this process, I called Padgett & the friendly receptionist transferred me to one of the accountants.

I spoke with Jean & had explained my situation. She was so patient & provided answers which quickly made my anxiety over things fade.

She was willing to sit me with me & go over all the questions & concerns I had & did this ‘consultation’ session for FREE! She only asked that if I was going to be filing my taxes, that I would be filing them with her- as she had spent an hour of her time with no charge.

It was a no brainer- I was so impressed with her knowledge, her ability to put me at ease by answering all questions I had that I returned the following day with all the necessary documentation she asked me to bring in order to get things up to date & get my taxes processed

Jean, you’re an absolute ‘Tax superhero’ I can’t thank you enough for all your help & for taking the time you spent with me to get all of my tax concerns addressed quickly & professionally.

I’ve Reached out multiple times on their website, called and left a voicemail just to get an appointment with someone. I still have yet to be contacted and it’s been over a month since first contact.
