I wouldn’t recommend renting at all! They are incredibly misleading and greedy! We recently moved out of our unit after living there 2 years and being model tenants! Always paid rent on time,kept the house in a good state, let the landlords know if there was any problems. And then we decide to move out because the rent was going up 200$ every year we simply couldn’t afford it! We are told we are not allowed to patch or paint the walls and to just do all the cleaning on the list provided. At our walk through we are told a few walls need to be painted no big deal! At no point did they tell us that we have to pay for that! They kept our whole damage deposit and then asked for an additional 450$!!! Absolutely ridiculous!! They charge 115$ per wall!!! But they don’t let you fix them yourself and then charge you an atrocious amount! Don’t rent here!

On top of this my husband wrote a review a few days ago and they deleted it now or hidden it which is all kinds of messed up!

Seen numerous long standing tenants along with my girlfriend that were given 25-30% rental increases on lease renewal and told they require another credit check along with the difference in damage deposit. Most of these people that were given this treatment I personally seen were single mothers. And guess who in almost every case took these apartments, Trudeaus voting block. Wonder how they afforded the rent. What a disgusting horrific thing to do to longstanding tenants with children. And the vacancy rate in RD is extremely low. Heartless and money hungry and ruthless. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. Another thing, we made countless calls about vagrants coming onto the property going through garbage bins and breaking into cars, they are too cheap to pay security to patrol. Clearly don't care about their tenants or the children that live there, it's all about the money to these people.

Unfortunately after several emails and phone calls, I can't reach Will the property manager regarding concerns. Appears to be unwilling to work out solutions. I wouldn't recommend Panterra and I highly encourage people to think twice before renting!

We've rented from Panterra Developments for approximately 4.5 years at 3 different properties. Great places to live. Clean and well managed. Will and Mike are attentive and work to resolve any issues a tenant may have. Would highly recommend Panterra Developments if you are looking for a great rental.
