Very nice apartment building. We have been living here for a long time, and we have never had any problems. Underground parking is a huge plus! Manager here is really lovely. Balcony, fireplace- we really love it

I've had a great experience with Lidia and the rest of the staff (Maintenance and Cleaners). They are always friendly, approachable, and do an amazing job with what they have available.

It is an older building that could definitely use some updates and repairs. Since Har Par has taken over not much has been done. And I do wish this was a pet-friendly place again. It would be great if the owners of Har Par provided more updates and renovations to bring the building to its full potential.

Overall, Lidia, building maintenance, and the cleaners are hard workers and are very nice, I always enjoy talking with them! They make this place better!

•Surrounding area isn't very noisy, sometimes you can hear the Sea Train/Train

•Price Hikes (Calgary needs a cap on how much it can be raised)
•New Managemnt had made it not Pet Friendly which is such a shame, very disappointing and a big factor wether ppl will live here or not
•New renos regarding flooring make it really easy to hear your upstairs neighbors

Ми мешкали в цьому комплексі майже 2 роки. Нас все влаштовувало. Хоч комплекс і не новий, але комфорт намагаються надати. Чудовий, теплий паркінг на Калгарійські зими здивував ціною, бо 1 входив у вартість оренди. Ми вирішили з'їхати з квартири раніше закінчення договору ( в зв'язку з роботою). Менеджер будівлі Лідія завжди нам радісно допомагала, підшукуючи нових мешканців для нашої квартири. Лідія була ввічливі завжди спілкуючись з нами, та новими винаймачами квартири.

This complex was poorly built and since the current ownership/management took over approx. 6 years ago, it has been very poorly maintained.

No privacy sound proofing - There is no insulation between units so you can hear everything your neighbors do (you can even hear them urinate.. seriously.. yes that bad) floors are squeaky so you hear every step the people above you make.

Deplorable slumlord ownership does not spend any money they collect from the insane rent prices on maintenance / required repairs. They should not be allowed to be in business as they absolutely do not care one bit about the residents here
(This is not the fault of the onsite staff like the maintenance and office people that have the displeasure of working here as they have no say of anything and are hard working)

New management are slumlords, no repairs or renovations in 5+ years to our unit while living there, raised rent several hundred dollars and was priced out of the building, didn't want to fix our fridge or dishwasher after multiple attempts at getting fixed for last 6 months of living there, and then took most of our damage deposit for general wear and tear that was there when we originally moved in. Also my car and 14 others were broken into in the "secure" underground parking and nothing ever got done about it basically a oh sorry that happened. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Harpar should be ashamed of themselves.

Worst apartment management I've ever rented from. Rent went up 25% in 1 year. They didn't do an initial walkthrough with us, despite things being left behind by the previous tenant, and charged us for them despite us having video evidence they were there prior. Landlady Tatiana never *ever* showed up to her appointments on time and in one case didn't show up at all. She attempts to bypass AB laws regarding landlord entry. The front double doors don't open so you have to scrape your furniture through small opening while holding them open. Just an overall mess.

July 15th elevator ou of service til mid September. Stairwell in disrepair. Like a number of 3rd floor tenants we rely on the elevator. During this time Aug. 5th I fell in stairwell breaking my leg. Walking up stairs at 75 with a cast is unacceptable this should have been

fixed immediately. Now elevator is out of service again since the 3rd of Nov. Due to a fire in the wiring. Totally unacceptable no one at head office seems concerned.
