I highly recommend everyone to do not get involved with this company. No matter how good you take care of an apartment, they will always find a way to take off your deposit. As you can see in attached image below, the little surface of counter top came off beside the sink came off. We rented this unit for almost 2 and half year. Wood underneath that surface caught water as the sink is right beside it and surface came off. I was charged $605.52 just to fix that little area. Moreover, we left the apartment completely cleaned on a day of inspection. Repair man and their inspector comes into the apartment with their shoes on and i got charged for cleaning floor. I am just surprise how they find little things and turn it into a big issue so they can take your security deposit. Please be careful if you are dealing with Parkwood Management
