Payprop presents a very professional way of collecting rent and reconciling it to owners. The interactive App allows owners to log in at any time to view the status of rent as well as expenses. It is an outstanding software. Adrian, a support tech with Payprop has been invaluable to our organization as we navigate the nuances of the software. He makes himself available whenever we have questions and has patience beyond measure when we just don't get something. I can't say enough wonderful things about Payprop as a company and the product they provide as well as the amazing support staff. They truly do deliver as promised. Thank you Payprop. As a tenant in a complex that uses PayProp Canada I do not like what I have witnessed and will not continue to be forced to have to use this poorly run portal. Tenants cannot be forced to use this if they previously had a different method of paying their rent ..... per LTB Update Dec7, 2021 more problems once again and they blame their customer (my landlord) and the landlord is trying to figure out what the problem is !
