Useless condo board! My vehicle got broken into in the parkade 4 times now and peka our amazing condo board can’t even provide me with free footage of the thieves! I have had over $2000 worth of property stolen from me in those 4 break ins and peka wants $90/ hour with a minimum of 2 hours or $180 for the security camera footage.all because they “third party the cameras out “ to a different company! I pay almost $600 a month in condo fees and this is the kind of management we get ?This is a joke ! Isn’t Security part of managing a property?

Tashi was a new property manager for our building when we were new owners. We have been through the mill together--ceiling leaks; a structurally unsound balcony; exterior building envelope repairs; primary bedroom shoring and restoration. Throughout she has been attentive, understanding, competent and informed.
