As a real estate broker, I had the privilege to work with Performance PM for a tenanted unit managed by them. Jessyca Scott and her team were absolutely wonderful, answering each message promptly, getting repairs and fixes done as soon as requested, and helping all along the tenants, the owner and myself until the unit got sold. After closing, they made sure the unit was cleaned to perfection for the new owner.
I wish every property management company would be professional and devoted like Performance.

I had the pleasure of working with Performance Property Management over the last year and felt compelled to write a review.

First off, reviewers should understand there is a wide chasm between Property Management, landlord and building operations. They often get blamed for things they have zero control over - absent landlord, lack of building operational budget, lack of communication or professionalism from others...the list goes on. Unfortunately the property managers often get a bad reputation because of the hand tied position they are in and get blamed for things beyond their control.

In my case, Jessyca was a consummate professional, communicating swiftly, effectively and transparently. She went above and beyond my expectations and helped resolve an uncomfortable situation which required me to terminate a lease early. She handle things with poise and grace and made things as easy as possible for me. THANK YOU!

Without hesitation or question, I will be contacting Performance Property Management FIRST before starting to look for another rental in the city as I want to be in a building that they manage.

While no property management company in Toronto is without its flaws, this is legitimately the worst property management company you will ever encounter. I truly cannot express how bad the team is - Annkay, Alon, and Erica should fully be barred from property management. It took them eight weeks to literally send a singly reply about mold in the building. When they finally did respond, somehow it became my fault for raising the issue.

My condo building recently hired Performance Management after many years with a previous company.

Upon arrival, Haley Weller, our new manager, has been professional, efficient and courteous. In fact, she really wants to help to make this building a better place for residents.

Haley started her new job with a relatively difficult issue to deal with and handled it with patience and purpose. She was calm and focused, trying to not just deal with the problem, but also with annoyed residents. It’s not easy an easy job, but Haley was respectful and responsible each time.

Good property managers are hard to come by. Seeing Haley handle herself and the problem she faced in the building demonstrated that she will do well here. I appreciate her work already and I am grateful to have her with us. I know we are in good hands. Thank you Haley! 🙂

This property management company is a joke.
They do not have a proper portal to manage issues, don't respond regularly to emails or calls, they don't check the work done by the contractors they hire, and don't seem to do anything proactive.
They are mere admin of the minimum required to get paid.
As an example, their property manager leaves on vacation without notice, redirect to another person who cannot be reached, and does not respond even upon return.
I've spoken to a few owners who experienced the same issues with some issues pertaining to safety hazards and some just asking to inquire about plans for standard maintenance of the property.
I would recommend to go with a company that actually cares to do the work.

We are very happy with our decision to switch our management company to Performance Property Management. They have been professional, efficient, and responsive to our needs and requests. The manager, Lee Boros, is a pleasure to work with. He is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He has made the transition process smooth and easy for us.

The management software and system that Performance Properly Management uses is a better system compared to the last managers. It is user-friendly, secure, and reliable. It allows us to access our accounts, pay our fees, and communicate with the management team online. It also provides us with regular updates and reports on the status of our condo corporation.
