Petra and I worked on a Learning and Development project for a software client. In 8 months, we set up the Learning Management System for the client and created 23 learning modules for the end-users. We designed a learning curriculum and built a learning journey in the Learning Management System for experienced and novice learners. We built an end-to-end business process to develop various kinds of training content and set it up on the client’s LMS.
Petra is an amazing Learning Consultant who has deep subject matter knowledge. Having worked with a wide variety of clients from different industries, Petra understands their unique challenges and comes up with solutions to best meet them. Petra is very client-focused and partners to deliver the best solution for her clients. Petra has a great positive attitude, creates a friendly atmosphere at work and encourages interaction and disclosure. Petra is amazing! She was a tremendous asset to our School in creating our strategic plan over the past four months. She is an experienced facilitator and is skillful at both listening for and to what our needs were and then co-creating a process that drove results. This was even more impressive as all of this was done online, remotely. We found the process, techniques and online tools she employed highly effective. Worked with Petra on a training research project last year. Overall great results in terms of content - Petra and her team were able to weed through the noise and deliver program selections appropriate for our group. Less one star for conducting content reviews via Gdocs (Can it be 4.5 stars?) - minor thing, but it was a bit difficult to manage for me and presented challenges in terms of version control, otherwise I'm very happy with the end service level we received.
