I have had the privilege of working with the Phoenix Performance Partners for a couple of years.

Their Transitional Leadership program has provided me with insight into my own strengths and weaknesses, my default success strategies and how to lead more effectively.

In an effort to expose other leaders in our organization to this transformational way of approaching leadership, we have invited Tom & Kevin to present at various events. Most recently, they were the keynote speakers at our Board Appreciation Dinner, during our annual back-to-school conference.

Brad: I was finally able to stop and listen to your podcast with Steve Anderson. Thank you so much for sending that out – I enjoyed hearing the interview very much. It brought back to my mind so many lessons you have taught us. Ann purchased your new book for all the executive team and many of us have felt like we had another “session with Brad” – that’s a good thing .

We use so much of your teaching and tools in managing and working with the Site Administrators. Some of it works LOL – partly because we get impatient that they don’t come along as quickly as we think they might. Inspiration is not an easy task. Coaching MUST be wanted.

In your interview you brought up the thought of “speak truth with grace”. I am pondering that thought more and more in my whole life. As I too am getting older I am learning how much more important grace is to be given across the board. Lessons take time to learn and I cannot infuse them into others – some must be learned. Like raising kids – wisdom is not free.

I don’t mean to go on and on but I did want to jot a note to you of thanks……. For the podcast, for the learning, for the wisdom and for your dedication ---- Our corporation has been greatly impacted by your journey.
