In September 2024 I had requested an inspection be done on the house we are renting. The situation was clearly and dully explained and accepted by Bryan B.

Between Sept 13 and October 21, I emailed Bryan several times asking for the time and price. These were continually put off with the same "sure I can do it", "Sure I can get you a price". on October 21 Bryan emailed me saying he would get me a price after I had shared all revelant info with him and I haven't heard anything since.

I am upset and surprised at the unproffessinalism, and what I now can only believe was an off the books appointment.

Very frustrated.

Please be ware and careful, document everything when using this company.

I really appreciated working with this company. When I called late on a Monday, Bryan was able to accommodate my last minute request for an inspection and worked quickly to gather my information, compare across city held data, run some numbers and got back to me within an hour. He was thorough in his description of the services provided and gave a quote more competitive than other inspectors. Upon the day of the inspection, Chris was the inspector. He was very kind and welcoming, explaining everything he did along the way and provided information of common practices, as well as some recommendations for other companies to complete some of the job needed to touch up a home repair. After the inspection was completed, I was send a detailed report that evening. I had some questions to clarify as well as some advice, and I chatted with both Bryan and Chris on two separate occasions and they are super helpful. Would fully recommend this company!
