Pinnacle Pursuits are awesome. We had such a great time at our team-building event at Cultus Lake. We did several land challenges and then went out onto the water to learn how to paddle in a longboat. I highly recommend them if you want to have a great time.

We have partnered with Pinnacle Pursuits for 3 separate events over the years, and they have always provided an incredible team-building experience for our groups. Our team has grown in size between events, and Pinnacle has always been able to offer engaging and fun experiences for all of our groups. This time around, Jono and team went above and beyond in researching our preferred location and curating an experience specific to our requests. Coordinating the build-out of our program was easy, and the day-of facilitators brought great energy and clear instructions supporting seamless execution of a much anticipated and worth-while team-building and connection experience. The Team at Pinnacle Pursuits is amazing!!!
The experience, knowledge, and training they shared with our cadets was inspiring.
Over just a short 3 days, our cadets had big opportunities to push their limits, learn about themselves and their peers through challenging activities for the body and mind.
For me - seeing them come out of their shells and push their own limits was amazing ☆☆☆☆☆
When first looking into it, the cost can be a bit of a deterrent... but honestly, usually with a group of 40 cadets, some engage some of the time, some all, some very little. After seeing all of our cadets engage and enjoy themselves and be tuned in to each activity ... it's sooooo worth it! We are already trying to figure out how to make it a regular part of our program each year.

Highly recommend! All the Pinnacle staff I have interacted with, starting from the planning process up until the actual event are very nice and they are able to execute the event so beautifully. We highly recommend Pinnacle Pursuits! Our firm used Pinnacle for a leadership training retreat in Stanley Park and we can't say enough good things. Jono and his team were very professional and easy to work with and they used a very creative approach to our training. We had an excellent mix between classroom and outdoor team building events and our team found it very interesting and engaging. Highly recommend Pinnacle to any company looking for leadership training or a retreat!

This was an amazing experience for our cadets to go through. The activities were fun and engaging. We saw several of our cadets who are normally quiet and reserved start to participate and add to the conversations. It was a fabulous 3 days and everyone got a lot out of it. Will definitely do again.
