From a service provider's perspective, Pivot Point is a great management company to work with. We work with many management companies, and Pivot Point is one of the best. They are quick with their communication when acting as the go-between for us and the tenants/owners, and we never have to worry about payment, as it's always provided in a timely fashion. Still no response when emailing or calling. I have proof. Learning that other owners have issues with this strata too. I sometimes don’t even get the meeting summary emails because sometimes they mail it and sometimes they forget. No resolution to my neighbour issue, I just have my neighbour intentionally increasing their volume and laughing at us.

Can I just get a response? I email, or I call doesn’t matter at this point. If I’m contacting due to a complaint or if I’m asking for approval on getting a repair done. I just want a simple email or call

Exceptional property management company. Well managed with dedicated, knowledgeable staff. Excellent working relationships with Strata Council, contractors, legal representation and residents. Nini Nestor is highly respected by Council and owners. Her extensive accounting background and knowledge of the Strata Act and related rules etc. is unsurpassed. Extremely poor communication with owners. In the last year the minutes from strata meetings have been late being distributed to owners most of the time. When owners email asking questions they rarely get a response.
