From the first session, Greg was someone who knows about injury and the body. He is able to assess and reassess every session to ensure he is supporting the patient with what is most important. Very knowledgeable. The front end staff has the best customer support and kindness. A one of a kind therapy centre. Highly recommended for any injury.

Right from when I walked in it was great. The girl at the front desk as very helpful and really nice! Joel went through everything explaining the how and the why ( knee replacement physio) he had a a student following him and he explained to him as well .. very good teacher!.
Extremely confident with Joel's help i will hit my goals.

I've taken my sons to Pivotal for various hockey injuries over the years. Impressed with both Joel and Greg for their assessments and treatment plans. Assessments are thorough and well-explained. Facility is welcoming and clean. Staff is professional.

I had an excellent experience. The staff were professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with my therapist Greg. He knew his stuff and I am on my way to recovery! Can’t wait to get back out skiing. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Greg was excellent. He thoroughly explained the possible sources of my problem and then methodically worked through the process to narrow down the source of pain. He then provided immediate remedial actions and additional follow up exercises to continue my rehabilitation. Knowledgeable and friendly, he answered all my questions throughout the session. I would highly recommend him for anyone requiring physiotherapy.

Greg Bamber is the best physiotherapist I have ever seen in my life! He truly cares about creating a feasible action plan to work through pain from a previous injury, or in my most recent case, rehabbing through a possible disc herniation. Greg is very hands on with everything I’ve come to him with. Whether it was a twinge from the gym, or my new injury. He goes very in depth with the consultation and finding what will work best for you in your recovery process. He’s also very realistic with timelines and doesn’t push for you to see him more than necessary. Greg is extremely knowledgeable within his practice, if you need to see a physiotherapist, please go see Greg!

Patrick has been our physiotherapist for a number of years. I injured my right knee and left calf. Patrick assessed both injuries after getting me into Pivotal within a day. He knew right away what had happened, treated the injuries, and gave me the exercises that I needed to do to repair everything. I will be back next week for my follow-up.
