I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Pizzaville in Innisfil. I ordered from there expecting a good meal, but unfortunately, it was a mess from start to finish. Not only did they get my order wrong, but when I tried to address the issue, I was met with lies and poor customer service. I specifically asked for certain changes to my order, even asking them to double-check by reviewing the camera footage, but they flat-out refused. Instead, they showed me a receipt as "proof" of what they claimed I ordered, despite me clearly asking for something different.

To make matters worse, the cashier, “B,” was visibly unprofessional. I noticed him picking his nose while handling the register, and he didn’t even bother to wash his hands after. That is beyond unacceptable, especially in a food service environment. The whole experience felt cheap, dirty, and disrespectful.

If you're considering going here, I’d highly recommend saving your money and choosing a different place. The lack of professionalism and care in handling orders and hygiene is just too much to overlook.

We order via whatsfordinner (app exclusively for those who live in innisfil). Once again the pizza was missing extras, the drink didn't come and when I call you, you just say you don't know about the app and that you can't fix it. Let's teach you a bit. If you're on the app, you're the one who receives the message with the order, you're the one who prepares the order and you're responsible for your customers. If you can't handle apps like Uber or Whats for Dinner, get off the platform.

I will never order from here again. I just had to WORST encounter with your delivery driver. I have never in my 36yrs of life been so disrespected, especially considering I spend a good amount of money with you guys. I order from here often and never had an issue until today. Every delivery I've had was with the same driver, i'm familiar with her. TODAY I placed my order and she came to deliver. She called prior to delivery I already sensed a bad attitude, I said Hello and all she said was Pizzaville so I said okay Im coming down and she hung up. I didn't think much of it, maybe just a bad day, it happens...I went down to the lobby to grab my food. She didn't acknowledge me at all, had a scowl on her face hands me my bag with my drink then goes into her bag, grabs the pizza, pushed it into my hand and says "Getting less and less generous aren't we?" with an attitude. She turned on her heels and left. While I realize I have not added a tip to my last few orders, it is because I have not been able to do so. For her to disrespect me this way is unacceptable. I am a single mother just ordering lunch for her daughter. I Didn't realize that I shouldn't order if I am not able to tip the driver every time. I am livid, this type of behaviour is disgusting. I understand the tips may make a real difference for her, totally understand that, however, I am a person too and should be treated as such. To top it off there was no sticker on the pizza box keeping it closed to indicate the order had not been touched since leaving the store, with this type of encounter I didn't even feel comfortable eating it, she clearly knew exactly who she was delivering to when she called and had that comment on standby for when I came down to the lobby. I threw the order in the garbage. So turned off. Disappointing to say the least. Wasted my money & my kids still hungry.

This place deserves a solid 4. For chain pizza, it holds its own. When it is cooked right, it is probably my top chain pizza spot. Dough is decent, cheese is decent, sauce is decent. No complaints, all else considered.
