From the moment that we placed the emergency call on Dec. 21/24, we have been so pleased / impressed with the responsiveness, helpfulness, skills brought to bear on the job, expertise demonstrated & professionalism. Every team member & the tradesmen from the contractors did a great job. Scott, the Project Coordinator, created a very workable timeline & managed to keep all the moving pieces on schedule. He was also extremely patient, answering all our questions & addressing any concerns. And the final touch - the house cleaning was exceptional. The four members of the cleaning crew brought our home back to its former state. Their attention to detail is second to none. We are so happy to have our home back to normal - thanks to all of Platinum Pro-Claim Restoration’s efforts!

Technicians are competent, know their stuff. All emergency remediation work is very thorough. They use state of the art systems to chart damage and enable insurance adjusters to process claims efficiently.
I found the quality of their drywall, baseboard installation and painting to be excellent.
Where belongings need to be removed for floor replacement, their contents team truly provide white glove service. Boxes are clearly labelled, and items treated as if they were precious.
Communication regarding scheduling can be sporadic, however questions and emails are responded to promptly by the coordinator in the office on behalf of the site manager. I was particularly impressed by Ryan Miller and Priscilla Chow.
Their flooring division Beyond Flooring (ICC?) do excellent work, but are by appointment only (!) and are pricey. However, the coordination between PPCR and Beyond can be a convenience and time saver.

Platinum came in quickly to restore our ceiling after a damaging leak from a plumber. They helped to guide us throughout the process with excellent communication, worked directly with our insurance company, and had come recommended to us from our property manager who supports many buildings.

They did a prompt and seamless job before our houses guests arrived- you wouldn’t be able to tell there was any water damage. Their team was professional right the way through from start to finish. Thank you Platinum!
