From my first appointment with Mark several years ago before he opened his own practice I was hooked! After multiple reconstructive operations on my legs I was left with chronic pain in my knees and back. He listens carefully to my needs and is thorough with treatment. I feel so much better after seeing him. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable, amazing at his practice and an all around great person to chat with.
Sarah is the massage therapist. She is exceptional! Her calm, caring energy is so beautiful and welcoming. She consulted with Mark regarding my injuries before my treatment and listens to my needs as well. The massage is always amazing and she creates a totally zen experience.
I recommend them both constantly.

My wife would likely classify me as a man of few words but when I do speak it is something worthwhile/meaningful.
From the very beginning Sarah fostered a welcoming and comfortable environment. Her warmth and caring attitude demonstrated her passion towards client care and a true dedication to massage therapy. She listened to my concerns/specific issues I was dealing with in my back and specifically tailored my treatment to the problem areas. I honestly can't say enough great things about her and the work that she does.

The professionalism, care, and results speak for themselves.
I came to see Mark for persistent lower back pain that had been affecting my daily activities. From the first visit, I felt I was in good hands. The assessment was thorough, and each session was professional, effective, and tailored to my specific needs. Mr. Powell has a keen understanding of the body and the muscles and tendons that keep us together.
This means he is able to identify and isolate the problem physiologically and treat and recommend routines to help reduce the issue.
