Underwhelming service on multiple occasions. Unfortunately they have the monopoly in my area and not too many other bin companies exist….
We have a roofing company and despite clearly marking and verbally communicating where we would like the bin (so a wheelbarrow will dump directly into it). The bin ends up upwards of 15ft away the the edge of the roof forcing us to build ramps or use a shovel which takes hours longer.
Also on multiple occasions I get charged hundreds of dollars more for construction and demolition rates vs regular refuse. They claim it is because the wood and metal is not separated and tangled together. Obviously if I can save $700 I will spend 10 minutes and separate things on the top. This has happened so often that I started taking pictures to dispute the fees with no such luck. I wish I had other options so regrettably I will still be a loyal customer. I just wish they cared for the customer and tried to make it right instead of threatening to not give me business if I do not remove my review. All my facebook group reviews are deleted and I received warnings from admins. All very odd business tactics

I moved from out of town and didn't have any trade contacts. Finding elephant bins was lucky! Its nice to have a contact that you can send a quick email to and your request is replied to tight away and often same day service. Can't recommend elephant bins enough

We had to clean out a rental suite. The situation left it challenging to schedule cleanup ahead of time. The suite was a disaster. We cold called Tyler at Elephant Premium Bins. He was simply kind and professional. A bin was delivered within hours of our request. Although we would recommend you schedule ahead of time we are grateful he was willing and able to accommodate our request. We ended up needing three bins to finish the cleanup. They delivered and swapped out the bins quickly. The cost was entirely reasonable. We highly recommend Elephant Bins for large clean up projects. Thank you Tyler and team. We are grateful you were able to help us out.
