Lived at Angus House for 6 years, and had a good experience compared to some places I have lived. We had a leak in our roof and they took care of it in a timely manner. They even gave me wife and baby an empty apartment in the building to relax in during the repairs so they wouldn't have to put up with the construction noise, and they also tried to accommodate our schedule.

PMG put up a listing for an apartment at the end of June. I phoned and left a message asking to see it. No one returned my call the next day, so I called again and still no one answered the phone or called me back. I was finally able to get a response through the message feature on Kijiji. By that point, more than a week had passed from me first contacting them. I was able to see the apartment but didn't end up signing a lease since the communication with the company made me question how long it would take when living there to get help for any repairs or emergencies.

Highly recommend against living in a building owned by them my apartment had a massive moisture issue they would not fix causing mold everywhere even on some of my belongings. Stay far away from renting from them.

We have been tenants for 8 years.We live in a clean well kept building close to downtown...beach..and walking trails. People need to remember that ?there is always going to be sour grapes.I say pay your rent on time...look after your suite and be friendly.Not everyone will agree that's OK .I find this company to be professional..friendly and accommodating. Always remember there are 2 sides to every story always....go ahead rent from this company.

Moved in here March of ‘22 and moved out (in a hurry) Aug of ‘22. This place is full of health and safety code “issues” and the owners and residents don’t care. This place is a slum and the other tenants are trash . You’ve been warned. Also the 5 star reviewer “Jane Jones” is the owner under a fake name.

PLEASE NOTE! : most times you only hear the bad when it comes to reviews This company formally known as sandy creek management Will do absolutely nothing to repair or follow up with Amy upkeep within the building and absolutely disregard all tenant complaints that will require them to spend a dollar I'll put it in writing and go to court with anyone within this building I can help put a stop to this terrible management , they don't give any care or respect to the covid 19 regulations and if you still won't listen to me as a future tenant seeking prepare for 6 notes a week taped to your sort and monthly fire alarm testing in the mornings i lived there 6 months fell down the stairs in winter no salt , when I was looking to rent the agent broke 2 different things a light and a door just showing us and they were never repaired RENTER. BEWARE!

Morally bankrupt and greedy. Going after a mother to raise rent a absorbent amount for an “additional occupant” after having a baby. Never rent from them.
