I waited 1.5 years to write this review to give the company a fair assessment and make things right, but after spending 150,000 I received nothing of great value. The tax strategies are enlighting, but nothing that you cant find with a good accountant. There was a bait and switch by the owner, we were promised for the price we would have a complete tax strategy, Will, and a completed Trust. At the end we received a tax strategy and everything else was never done and they refused to complete the process because the tax attorney they hired did not have a license to practice law in the state of Florida. The owner refunded us 2,000 which did not cover the cost to finish the remaining items. We spent approx 12k to complete the job. I would suggest you find a good CPA with tax knowledge and they could do the same thing for less money. I would say this company is a SCAM or a CON, not sure if either are better. Just be aware!

No matter how good you think your business is doing, you should always seek the opinions and inputs of the financial experts; well, unless you, yourself, happen to be a financial expert. I contacted Profit Management Solutions LLC three months ago (which is last year) to carry out a forensic audit of my business activities, including the expenses, cost of production, revenue, assets, and liabilities. After the wonderful team they assigned to me finished with their work, the reports showed that my business was generating enough revenue and relative profits, but the cost of production was high; meaning the revenue and relative profits could even be higher. So, they suggested ways that I can handle things more efficiently and I followed their advice. My business was doing good, but now, it is doing better.

Horrible owner and company! Dog and Pony show . Rob Peter to pay Paul. Run for the hills . If your lucky enough to obtain their tax evasion services you will go down . They will tell you to take out extra insurance.“ . When they are done with your company you will be lucky if you walk away being divorced losing your home ,company integrity savings ,retirement and pension .They are a 3rd party . They Farm their work out to a company in Atlanta. Your paying double to obtain their services. Go straight to a tax attorney and not pay the middle man . Profit Management Solutions. The initials are PMS . It was done by design so you think of menstruation and overlook what it really is. Scam Scam . Call the BBB due your due diligence.

Profit Management Solutions does not operate under the cookie-cutter method. Based on our first call to them they assigned an analyst that would be most fitting to our business type in our specific areas that could use improvement. They created reports customized for us so that we could clearly see exactly what we were doing right and where we could take advantage of opportunities we had not considered.
