They don't do maintenance.
Power is turned off every 3 months due to non payment.
When you finally get someone on the phone (gotta call at least 8 times before they answer) they say "not my problem". Even if that service is included in the rent.
Never answer the phones.
If you create and maintance ticket they will just close it without ever doing anything about it.
They are masters off putting things off.
"Let me look into it and get back to you " then never call you back.
"Let me try and get ahold of the owner"
" Essental services are cut off? Well that's not my problem"

Hope you like camping because sometimes essential services will be off for a week or longer.

They do not care about their Tennants.

If I could give them less then one star I would.

They are not organized at all. I even have had to call them with with my confirmation number because they lost my payment.

Maintance employees will bad mouth how bad the company is as well. High turnover of maintenance employees due to them never letting them pay for repairs supplies.

If you are a renter

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

If your an owner.

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY.

Unless you don't mind your investment fall apart as they sit back and let it happened.

Worst people to rent from. They do zero updateing, zero maintence, they let the place fall apart. Leaking roofs lifting and shiftting floors and foundation problems. Old 21 year old appliances that are filthy and broken theyvrwfuse to fix. Cut cable and internet cords butnrefuse to give the company name that they use to get it resolved. They raise the rent twice a year to the absolute legal max. Never clean, never paintes, peel and stick tiles, shady plumbing, they removed walls in the house improperly.

I am a real estate broker with 25 years of experience. I was representing the buyer on a property managed by PMB. When I at the office office, dropping off applications, etc. I asked to see her in person and was turned away. She didn’t have a business card. PMB. The representative told my buyer that she never received a contract, which I had emailed to her within an hour of dropping off documents. I had also called multiple times (at least four) and left messages and also sent multiple emails from different email addresses, asking her to please respond which she never did. Sadly my negative opinion of property management companies was reinforced. As the agent of the buyer, I should be included in communication. I plan to provide feedback to the association manager at the property about my experience. This is unacceptable.

Staff was friendly and responsive with questions through email and we never had any issues with our landlord. We are moving again this year and are renting through them again to ensure a smooth experience! P.S. Lori is a joy to work with and talk to when going through the lease signing process 🙂

I have been dealing with PMB for almost 4 years and Richard has always been a pleasure to work with. Sometimes there are delays however those are usually from the landlord and not PMB as they are operating under instruction from them. I wish the landlord at times would allow them to do more but PMB has always been fair to me and I appreciate the care that the team has provided in times of need.
