Having dropped out of college and moving to strathmore was a very unpredictable experience. I’m not originally from Here so the process of finding a job and getting back on my feet felt so overwhelming.10/10 not such a fun time. Olivia Reardon who works at prospect guided me in the right direction and worked along side me to make sure I found a job that aligned with my skills and career path. Olivia had a huge hand in recreating my resume, teaching me the proper ways of making it look professional. Honestly her support and welcoming heart gave me the reassurance I needed as well as build confidence in me to go out there and get er done. Thank you for all your support. Bless up prospect!

The staff working here is so awesome and kind and helpful. I felt really welcomed and they were able to accommodate a wide variety of employment strategies to help people find work. They really seem to care about their work and she was very understanding and although I ended up not needing to use the service, she gave me an excellent opportunity to see what their establishment actually does for our community members to help them get back to work post covid 19... this is an absolutely necessary service and I wish more of our government services would be as open and informative and willing to collaborate with members of the community as we shift into the next phase of workforce development.

Not sure who the lady was who helped me today around 3ish. I was asking about a copy machine or about printing some stuff for work and basically found out about the programs offered. this communal resource is much more dynamic than I realized and I would recommend you guys to anyone in strathmore looking for work. 😊 THANKS to you

this place really helps with the prospect of finding a job or any prospect with any other ways of finding anything that is related to find work, the staff really helps people to ease a persons mind,the office is quite easy to see what is on the board.
