HORRIBLE!!! Poor service. I have a finance account with them through chambers food service. I have been trying to speak with my account representative about very important banking changes and it's impossible to speak to anyone! I have been calling for 4 months now and have left voicemails and I've yet to hear back from anyone, I've been on my phone for 3 hours trying to get through and it just keeps saying "line busy". I know longer use the bank account they are taking payments from and need to close it permanently, I have no other money going into this account besides the biweekly amount I'm forced to transfer into this account for this financial payment and I have no other bills/payments that are being taken out of this bank account. So I am literally paying a monly service charge for this bank account I no longer use just so I can complete my payments with this lender!!! I want to switch over my banking info so I can close my old bank account!!! MICHELLE where are you? And why wont you anserw/call me back!!! I'm ready and able to completely pay off my remaining balance owed to this lender and when I do GOOD REDINCE!! I want to move on from this FOREVER!!!

We love the food but absolutely hate the service we were provided with. Took almost a month to answer their phones and the lady that helped with finances was horrible.
