I went to Puri & Associates for my personal taxes, and I couldn’t be more happy. They were quick to respond and handled everything efficiently. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and makes the whole tax process stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I got the best outcome. I went to this place to get a mortgage as a self-employed individual. Three other mortgage brokers had told me that getting approved through Banks would be extremely difficult in my situation. However, Vanshika confidently assured me that I could definitely get approved with a Bank. Trusting her words, I decided to proceed, even though it meant paying a high 2% lender fee.

Throughout the five-day process, I checked in multiple times to see how things were going. Each time, I was told that everything was fine and that they were working with the bank. I was repeatedly reassured that there were no issues. But shockingly, the day before subject removal, I was suddenly informed that the mortgage had been declined by the lenders.

Instead of taking responsibility, Vanshika told me to call my realtor and ask for an extension on the subject removal date—completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I am extremely upset and frustrated by how irresponsibly this was handled. Because of Vanshika’s incompetence, I suffered serious consequences.

I’m writing this review to warn others—please don’t make the same mistake I did. I strongly advise against using this service.
