We had a great experience with the Quality Homes Team. Working with Josée and Jamie was a fantastic experience as recommended by our neighborhood Facebook group. From beginning to end, we felt incredibly supported. They are highly knowledgeable, very responsive, have a big network of contacts get the house ready to sell and really understand how to best navigate the market. With 2 young kids in the house, we felt selling would be very challenging. But they understood our situation and worked with us according to our schedules. They suggested a few renovations to our existing house, they helped us strategize to bring in 5 offers and sold our house in just 2 days for more than the listed price. Even before the closing when we needed help with the cleaning, Jamie immediately made a few calls on the Saturday to get it sorted. They’re such a great team, and most of all, super fun to work with! Words cannot express how amazing Josee and Jamie are! From the start they both were very attentive, kind and caring of my situation. Working with the Quality Homes Team was such a great experience that I referred 2 separate sets of people to use them for their own needs… I never refer for anything unless my whole trust has been earned; James & Josee not only earned it quickly but proved they deserved it time and again.

Highly, highly recommend!!!! Working with Josée and Jamie was a fantastic experience. Literally from beginning to end, we felt incredibly supported. They are extremely knowledgeable, provide an entire suite of top quality services for both listing and buying, and go above and beyond to make it a stress-free process. They are extremely responsive, have a big network of contacts to help get your house ready to sell (staging consultant, painter, etc.), and really understand how to best navigate the market. On the buying side, they worked miracles!!! With very little supply out there, we literally hand-picked a house off a street that wasn’t even for sale, and somehow they made it happen! And with very little time to meet the sale condition on our existing house, they helped us strategize to bring in 3 offers in the end. They’re such a great team, and most of all, super fun to work with! We will definitely use them for any future moves and will be recommending them to all of our friends and family. James and Josee Blaskie are incredible! They've figured out how to remove some of their clients' stress from one of life's most stressful event. They were able to provide us help with decluttering, packing, and cleaning help, all to get our house ready for market in 3 short weeks. They were incredibly responsive, and great at setting realistic expectations. The media package was outstanding, too! They even managed to get us more than asking, after the first weekend of hitting the market (and we live in a rural area where sales are very slow, with listings around us selling for less than advertised, and sitting on the market for months).
Honestly, interview a few real estate agents, and then meet the Blaskies. You'll see the value add they bring, and 100% will not regret going with them!
