I have worked with several management companies over the years, but the best experience has been with Quarter Park Management. Kelly McLean is our assigned manager and has been exceptional. Her response time on issues is great, she returns calls and deals with all matters head on. Her knowledge is great and her work is thorough and has shown her professionalism in all matters. I would be disappointed if she was ever assigned to another property.

I've owned a unit in a Quarter Park building for 10 years. It has been a pleasure working with both Jairo and Marie through some recent unit repairs, both of whom are very responsive and personable. Marie was very helpful obtaining a board approval. She communicated clearly and efficiently to move things forward. I highly recommend them both!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Quarter Park Management is one of the worst property managers I’ve ever dealt with. They seem to exist only to make up their own rules just to squeeze extra charges out of tenants. Need an actual service or repair? Good luck getting a response.

The hot water has been out for weeks, and despite multiple complaints from residents, they’ve done absolutely nothing. But somehow, they have all the time in the world to send out ridiculous emails about minor things like a chair left in the garbage room – and they expect tenants to investigate for them so they can issue fines. It’s beyond absurd.

They move fast when it’s about charging fees but completely ignore basic maintenance or tenant needs. Unprofessional, neglectful, and clearly only motivated by money. Avoid any property managed by Quarter Park Management if you value your sanity.

Quarter Park manages the complex I live in. Since early May I've been working with them to try to get the outside taps turned on (a task the landscaping company is responsible for). Throughout this process, I've been working with Amanda, one of the administrators at Quarter Park. Despite the landscapers repeatedly saying the task was complete when it wasn't, Amanda remained persistent with tremendous patience along the way. She took ownership of this issue and provided me regular feedback - apologizing for the delays (despite it not being Quarter Park's fault). Finally this week (almost 2 months later), we got confirmation that it was done. I wanted to thank Amanda for everything she did to support this frustrating process.

Marie with Quarter Park has always been quick and diligent to respond to any questions that I have. As a property manager, I work with Landlords, I may be reaching out to Quarter Park more frequently than typical Owners or Tenants. I'm happy to get quick answers for her.

Received a fee for parking stall during the scheduled parkade cleaning/painting – no problem if it’s my fault, however after I went there to check, I did see that none of the parking stalls have the numbers painted; also, lots of parking stalls were not cleaned properly as you can see in the pictures.

I feel that this is another way for them to get more fees from the tenants.
