I was referred here for a dental extraction. I have high anxiety and needed sedation, and the way I was treated here by everyone was absolutely amazing! I was made to feel heard and was assured with every step of the way. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the amazing service provided. Thank you Dr. Hesham and staff! Selene is amazing at her job too with setting times and scheduling appointments and getting all information to me via email since I live an hour away! Also, Selene helped by submitting a quote to our insurance to see how much would be covered. This isn’t her responsibility, rather a courtesy, and I am thankful for all she did to go above and beyond. Anyone looking for an amazing dental clinic, look no further!

I recently moved to Queenswood Dental as they were accepting new patients, and my previous dentist’s operating hours were no longer suitable for me. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.

Prior to my appointment, I provided all the required documentation and the approved estimates from my insurance company. However, on the day of the appointment, the staff appeared disorganized. They were short-staffed, and the receptionist was unaware of the appointment details or the insurance estimates I had submitted. After waiting for a significant amount of time, I was asked to personally contact my insurance company again to retrieve information they already had on file.

By the time I provided the requested details, I was told they needed to take another patient and that I would have to rebook my appointment. Despite waiting three weeks for them to follow up, I heard nothing. When I emailed them on December 8, 2024, to inquire about the delay, I received a call the next day asking for the same insurance details I had already provided multiple times.

This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Nearly three months have been wasted, and I now have to find another dental clinic and start the process over again. It’s clear that the lack of organization and professionalism at this clinic stems from certain staff who appear uninterested in providing proper care.

I would not recommend Queenswood Dental based on my experience.

I never was rude or abusive, I did complain about the reception wasting our time and not knowing her job and I am not the only one, please check other reviews with the same issues.

This place a total waste of time, if you can't handle more patients then do not accept more,

Dr. Maja and her staff are amazing. Kristin is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had! From start to finish she assured me I was well taken care of. My teeth have never felt so clean, she is also very friendly, kind, and professional. A big bonus is direct billing to insurance!

The Dental Hygienist, Christian, was amazing. My teeth feel very clean. He attentively listened to every single thing I said and took actions accordingly. He was just perfect. This is the experience I want every time I go to the dentist. 10 stars for him. The 1 star lost is for one of the receptionists who switched from nice to rude to nice again. A bit of a roller-coaster. I knew at that point that it was a family owned buisness; with the freedom that comes with that. I told myself I am never going back there but Christian's service changed my mind. The dentist was normal nice. Overall very nice experience.
