⭐ 1 Star – Worst Property Management! Avoid at All Costs!

🚹 Rancho Management is absolutely terrible. If you’re considering buying or renting in a building managed by them, think twice! They are completely unresponsive, negligent, and only care about collecting fees—without providing even basic services.

❌ Major Issues Residents Face Regularly:

No AC – It’s boiling hot in summer and freezing cold in winter.
Frequent Water Shutdowns – Residents regularly lose access to water with little to no notice.
Elevators Constantly Out of Order – Expect long wait times or having to take the stairs, even in high-rise buildings.
Dirty and Poorly Maintained Building – Hallways, common areas, and amenities are filthy because management doesn’t care.
Ignored Maintenance Requests – You can submit complaints, but they won’t respond or fix anything.
🏱 Rancho is a corrupt, incompetent management company that prioritizes profit over residents’ well-being. Their lack of responsibility makes daily life frustrating for everyone.

This is the worst management company I’ve ever seen in my life and dealt with. They really don’t care about the tenants. They’re just a money grab. we have been trying to reach out to them for three months now and they never answer us. We own three apartments in one of the buildings and they really don’t care about their tenants or anything.

It is the worst management group ever. They neither maintain lawns not cleaning bins properly. Lawn is getting spoiled due to dog poop. The bins in lawn are always smelling the worst due to poop , and the sitting benches are just adjacent to it. It is hard to sit on them. They know to take condo fee in time but getting an issue resolved is a nightmare.

I am extremely frustrated with this company.

I chased them for 3 months just so I could start paying my condo fees. Several emails and calls with no response and during the 3 months they sent a notice saying the condo fees would increase and that we would be charged late fees if not paid on time - meanwhile, 3 months of chasing them to pay my condo fees 


It has been several more months of chasing them for other concerns with no response. Janan went to the extent of showing a board member that she had received no emails from me, I am not sure if they were deleted on her end or whatever emailing system they have is faulty but I have all the emails backed up on my end.

So far both Cheryl and Janan have both been very unpleasant in the very few responses I have received or just completely unresponsive and it wasn’t until Melody was rehired that I finally got a response, so thank you Melody.

With all do respect, at the end of the day we are paying for your services and your employees should not treat owners with the level of disrespect that I have experienced in less than a year

I personally have had better service and response from Alex since she came onboard a few months ago. There are 3 incidents that I had emailed her on and all 3 were responded and resolved the same day. She responds promptly with email requests rather than returning phone calls. I am expecting the service to improve even more and also resolving issues faster rather than asking to send photos and then no action is taken as per previous experience before her.
Also, upkeep of the property is still not upto the standard expected for the strata fees we pay. Overall she is better than previous Managers who would not be on top of any maintenance that would also harm children unless reminding several times. Hopefully things will change now that she is onboard.

Absolutely the worst individuals I have dealt with to date. Concern after conern has been brought forward and no resolutions. The safety and security issues as well as management allowing people to use the courtyard as their own off leash dog park without picking up after their dogs is astonishing. The grass is over a foot tall. What are the condo fees going towards? I will be visiting the individual condos in this building and will be discussing a non confidence vote regarding Rancho if I dont see changes by June 5th. Of course I expect the generic "it is unfortunate this has happened, contact us" response. The irony is, I have been contacting them all week so what's another email going to do? Lack of accountability is real. This isnt "student living central" these are condos owned by professional working people who pay you to do a job.

These guys are the worst property management company. They never respond in a timely manner and never do their job. Rancho charges quite a bit for their monthly condo fee and they never live up-to expectations. The managers just abuse their power and harass you. Unfortunately, when we moved into our townhome in 2021 we had no choice but to go with them because they already had a contract with Streetside Developments. If I had the choice, I would fire them on the spot. For the last 3 years Rancho Realty has just given my family terrible customer service and insensitive behaviour.

I had a dreadful experience with Rancho Building Management. From the very beginning, everyone and more so Rhonda, the person in charge, was extremely rude and unhelpful. What should have been a straightforward task as one example: setting up the buzzer when I first moved in—turned into an incredibly frustrating ordeal. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue; their dismissive attitude and lack of assistance made the process unnecessarily difficult and stressful. If this is how they handle simple requests, I shudder to think how they deal with more significant issues. I strongly advise against using their services. Zero star if I had the option
