As an owner in one of the buildings managed by this company, I advise any Condo owners to take their business elsewhere. Our Property Manager is useless. Owner concerns and complaints are ignored, responses and follow-ups non-existent.

There are no checks to ensure the superintendent actually does his job, garbage is left for weeks in the stairwells or outside, sidewalks are never cleared properly, keys are lost, equipment is lost or broken, yet Range insists all is fine.

In short, with Range, Condo Corporations pay for service and attention they do not receive.

Been living here going on 5 years! Every review I have seen on here...completely true! But they have added railings to the ends of the sidewalks with corners that completely hurt if walked into! So not a kid friendly place either! Cannot play in the water through the tap outside here and there...have to use from your own condo BUT...but everyone else in the condo units use your pressure to YOUR water! Makes cOmPleTe sense to me! NOT!! As soon as my youngest graduates from the school here...Im Gone from here! I cant keep staying here if they cant adapt to children playing! Like you cant even have a kiddie pool out back and fill it without them fussing!

Without Prejudice: We live in units owned by CMHC and they are managed by Range Property Mgt. We have asked for repairs over the years and we have current issues with maintenence issue we have been waiting over 6 months to have a water issue with leaking from the upstairs bathroom into the light socket in the downstairs , they have it written in our lease that we are supposed to have snow removal and it never gets done, we pay for it in our monthly rent and they don't bother, we currently have handi capable status that they are fully aware of , we email them we call them only to be ignored. In our opinion they are not an effective mgt. company and do not tend to the needs of the people who pay their rent in the units they manage. Our hydro bills run in the winter approx $300- $600 and the hydro company and building dept. says it is because of improper insulation in the units which we have made both CMHC and Range aware and so have the many people who have moved in and out due to high hydro issues.Nothing is ever done about it.We and other people who have lived here in the past have notified CMHC about the issues here and advised they should be using a local company who can over see these units better and CMHC ignores the situation because it seems Range really snows them into believing that all is okay and that the people living here are full of crap. When we first moved into our unit we were told by Range Reps that because we are a lesbian couple that we can not have a rainbow anything anywhere on our property, no flag poles no small flag by front door no rainbow coloured curtains nothing, or we would be kicked out of our unit. They are highly homophobic in our opinion and treat us badly we believe in part do to this fact. Do your homework ask for property addresses and go talk to the residents before you hire them. Just our opinion. Without Prejudice.

I've lived at 474 Southdale Road East for three years .... these guys are useless!!!! The whole place looks like crap. I honestly don't know what they get paid for. Just this morning I tripped on an uneven sidewalk and I think I busted my shoulder. They use TLC for landscaping and cleanup - I've seen little old ladies do better landscaping!!!!

attention all condo boards* this is the worst property management firm out there..they ignore service requests,phone calls and generally speaking do very little for the money they are paid. Thorne Property Management would be a better alternative

Absolutely useless property management. If you have any problem or issue, it will go ignored. Completely ignored. I have never dealt with any company that has been so disrespectful. Ever.
