Would not reccomend using Sunny Nanan in Prince Rupert who directly represents this brokerage. Lack of communication, constant AWOL (2 months in Thailand) and tardiness when it comes to open houses (resulting in a missed buyer due to his lateness) and empty promises, over pricing and scheming is just the beginning of problems we have had. Soon as he realizes he is caught you will be blocked from social media and he won't return any calls from the client or the relocation company. Never mind the lack of respect or ability to listen & respect a clients wishes to release the home after giving multiple opportunities for him to sell the home that he has failed to do. When you work in a small town mainly dominated by a competitive firm and are the face of a brokerage you really should strive to represent your brokerage in the best possible light. Unfortunately this is not something he is doing and is a great loss to this agency overall as they will lose out on the ability to be further considered or listed to work with a large corporation going forward. The best thing this brokerage can do is get rid of him. He is certainly doing the firm no favors in representing that's for sure!
