We had a fantastic condo company before they got bought out by these idiots. Poor communication skills, we ask a few questions in our emails, then once we finally get a response after days of waiting, they only answer 1 or 2 of the questions we asked.
They also took out a double payment one month from every single unit and people had to wait 2 to 3 business days to get their money back.
As soon as they took over for our previous company, condo fees immediately went up. They also don't respond to emails because of a golf tournament the entire company attends.... Not really impressed with these people and they've only been our condo company for about 2 months.
Would not recommend.

Apologies for the comment earlier, but my review is Infact accurate. We asked you questions regarding certain charges included in our condo fees which were ignored and we also asked if you received our condo fee checques and your response was about why certain units pay different amounts. Therefore my questions were not answered. I have sent a follow up email asking these questions again. Waiting on a response....

If you are looking for a property manager who takes control of the entire condo corporation and operates in an excessively heavy handed and divisive way this should be your vendor of choice. If you are looking for a property manager who is inclusive and understands that they are a vendor to the corporation then look elsewhere. In our experience Ms Reid has taken complete control of the running of our condo corp, including chairing the AGM and Board meetings and seeming to make decisions on behalf of the Board. She is the sole voice for the corporation, with her prohibiting communication with Board members. At the recent AGM Ms Reid not only didn’t follow proper meeting protocol, her conduct was unprofessional and not inclusive.
