To anyone looking to relocate or rent out an apartment, I would highly recommend on working with Regency Group, more clearly with Edward.

We just moved in to a Regency Group building a few months ago and it's been a very positive living experience! The building is quiet and clean, and the landlord is very attentive to our needs as tenants. Whenever there's a problem, however minor, Edward is there to help us resolve it quickly and patiently. The neighbours have been great so far and the Centretown location is amazing! Definitely a quality building and quality staff at Regency Group!

I have been a tenant for nearly 20 years with Regency group and they are truly a first class property management company. Polite, pleasant and friendly, Edward is also approachable and flexible in accommodating the needs of his tenants. He is on site many times each week handling issues and is very prompt at responding to concerns and replying to emails and phone calls. All contractors hired by Regency are clean, reliable, and punctual with a good work ethic. Without hesitation I would refer Regency to anybody seeking an apartment. Having been a student and moved around a lot in that time, Regency Group is by far the most accommodating and attentive agency I have dealt with thus far. Edward is an approachable and understanding Landlord with the right mindset for handling his tenant's needs and the care of the property. I have been a tenant of a property managed by Regency Group since 2015 and overall believe I have been treated fairly. Edward is VERY prompt in responding to any issue that comes up - and by very, I mean that he usually responds within a couple hours - or even minutes. Edward has always treated me very professionally and respectfully. The contractors certainly have varying degrees of professionalism... some are really great, and others don't seem to care much about the quality of their work (sloppy drywall repair and paint job). My apartment is not perfect, but there is not really anything to complain about in terms of property management.

Of all the the landlords I have had living in Ottawa for the past 11 years, Edward is best I have had. He is responsive to any concerns I have had and is prompt with his communications to the tenants on any maintenance that will be conducted. Regency group makes sure that the all their properties are following the proper codes of safety and security. I have been renting with regency group for more than 5 years now and they have always treated me with respect. I can't imagine renting from anyone else! Keep up the amazing work.
