They came on pickup day (Thu) to empty the recycling and compost bins, large cardboard dumpster, but completely ignored the garbage dumpster. That picture I posted is halfway into the 2nd week before the next pickup. I'm the new live-in super for this 32 unit apartment building and I was having to build a "garbage-ladder to heaven" in order to keep the trash bags off the ground and the rodents at bay. I asked some of the long-term tenants here if this was normal to 'skip a week' from time to time, and they said yes. Regardless, even once is too much as far as I see it, especially when they actually come and only do part of their job. They also don't completely empty the bins or replace with clean ones often enough (or at all). That's yet TBD for me.

This company is terrible to deal with; totally inconsistent on pick up times, if they actually show up. I recommend calling Miller; you will be shocked by the savings.

Awful, they nearly hit me.
The drivers are not following signs of the road.
Every morning they come from their location in Sackville, by NS Power and Guys Frenchie's. I HAVE THE RIGHT AWAY, they just completely ignore their yield sign and I have to slam on my breaks as they just pull right out infront of me.
They seriously need to do something before someone gets hurt.

I live in a building they consistently forget, they leave huge messes behind and never pick up our organics until we complain. If they would only come when they are supposed to and do their actual job our property would be ok but otherwise we are one of the dirtiest buildings in the neighbourhood. Our property managers call for extra pick ups but they flat out refuse to come to do any extra pick ups. What a terrible company to deal with. The only reason I gave a star is you cannot go in the negatives but they don't even deserve one star. Terrible company. You seriously need to do better Regroup, you are supposed to clean garbage not create it then blame it on other people. I can't say enoungh bad things about this company!

AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! For 3 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS we’ve had to call the city EVERY GARBAGE DAY because they either don’t pick up our garbage at all or sticker it as “1 black bag per property”. A DWELLING property, which is what my property is registered as according to the city of Halifax, is allowed 2 black garbage bags!!! Regroup doesn’t seem to understand and EVERY GARBAGE DAY there is one of the above issues! I’m sick of having to call the city on a bi-weekly basis, which doesn’t even do anything anyways! For 3 months we’ve been told “a supervisor will call you back to address the issue” and they never have. Not only that, but the city tells you to leave your garbage bag out and someone will come and pick it up within 24 hours. However, there are raccoons in our neighbourhood that get into the garbage at night and drag it all over our property, then the garbage people won’t pick it up because it’s all over the place. Who has to clean up that mess? Not regroup! Seems like from now on on garbage days I’ll have to work beside the trash bags to ensure they actually do their effing job

They’ve just started picking up garbage and recycling in my area (Tatamagouche) but I’m very impressed with them so far. The garbage all gets cleaned up (I’ve seen other crews leave a mess on the road) and my green bin gets wheeled back to its spot and put away instead of being left right on the side of the road. Keep up the good work!

Drivers are not taking any stop signs. It is second time the truck almost hit my car..please tell your drivers to drive safe and watch the road..otherwise they will kill somebody
