I am reaching to inform you of my experience dealing with Cheryl as my realtor selling my home.
She was pushy, inconsiderate, and very unprofessional throughout the entirety of transaction.
Once listing my home within 48 hours we had 3 offers. She was very persistent with me to take the first offer and persistent with signing all documents immediately.
Once I accepted the second offer,
Cheryl began her calling me constantly with every small detail , with total disregard of my personal situation. I received almost 5 - 10 phone calls or text messages a day leading up to closing, the repairs that were requested be the purchaser she referred a friend, which she tried to persuade me to the most expensive repair, but she had zero knowledge of what actually needed to be done, she requested a second personal viewing for purchaser 2 days before closing as I was in the middle of moving, a total invasion of privacy, and zero communication on closing day that the transaction if the home actually going through on purchaser end.
After closing I had to follow up with Cheryl to receive any information, after the sale she had
The audacity to ask me push up the closing date, which at this time I declined.

As a first time seller my experience I felt very panicked , zero resurgence and poorly executed. Cheryl knew my position as a single working individual. The invasion of privacy, numerous phone calls, text messages, the disregard for my working schedule, and horrible communication after closing.
This transaction was handled very poorly in my eyes.
I just wanted in unsure that someone was aware and hopefully in future this will help someone else to not be put into same situation as myself.
