We were able to locate a rental property with the help of Cheryl Kroeker- she is absolutely amazing! very knowledgeable, made the process very easy and super supportive.
In our economy today it is growing ever more challenging to be able to find housing as a single mother (with a pet) in our community. My husband and I rented a home through Cheryl at SOPM and have had nothing but the best experience. She is personable, professional, and gets things done fast. Cheryl gave us a great tour over zoom (we were moving from out of city and couldn't see the place in person), responded to all our questions extremely fast, and we moved in sight unseen with absolutely ZERO regrets because of how well she communicated with us! We had a small issue with one of our appliances when we moved in and she had it fixed within the same day (over the holiday break even!) Pam Thompson is the best! Previously I was dissatisfied with service from a company she worked for, so I was very pleased when she got her license and I could work with her. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Cheryl. I was just offered a job in Penticton and my wife was online right away to try and find us a nice place to rent in Penticton/Summerland area. Being frusturated with dealing with some landlords over marketplace etc she was referred to Cheryl at SOPM. Cheryl was our angel. She called my wife back on a Saturday evening and had properties for us to view 2 days later. She listened to what we like and don't like and we found our absolute dream home. Cheryl was very professional and kind and she acted so quickly on getting all the necessary paperwork completed. We feel so blessed and grateful for Cheryl.
