If you’re willing to lose money, go ahead and use their service. I paid $200 for nothing. Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji are much better if you’re looking to rent your place - they get way more traffic! I won’t even get started on their app, which barely works. It’s a real shame.

I had used this in the past and had a very good result. But this time I paid the fees but they are not doing anything to have more views. I got lot more views from FB Market place and Kijiji. I got inquiries and views from FB and Kijiji but none from this site because viewing is so less. When tried to contact them through email, they are instead of accepting their fault , blaming me that my ad matter, amenities etc maynot be enough to attract. But same I have used in FB and Kijiji. They should not be charging for NO Services.

All scams, my phone number was posted there by their admin with a very low rental fee and I got tons of calls from renters and scammers. I don't even know this website exists.

List on RentFaser.ca for 2 weeks, only 2 people contact. When I tried to search for my listing, can not locate to the listing. Paid $106.00 for nothing. Feel like I had been robbed. Never listing on this site again.

Rent faster is the site I use most when I am looking for a place or helping a friend or family member find a place.
My only complaint is when you go to filter what you're looking for, it doesn't load what you are looking for and have to redo it 1 or 2 times. Other than that I love this site!!

Fairly good site to view when comparing rental properties in Edmonton. You still need to look at others sites if you want to discover all available options. The biggest issue is word searches are hit and miss ( pets allowed, dogs only, parking fees, etc.) and their app feeds their preferred properties/clients.
