I lived here from October 1st 2024 to September 30th 2025 and I only have great things to say about them. I lived in Ashwood Manor building. I have rented many times elsewhere and found this management company to be very professional and fair. Dennis, Zaak, Tomas and Rosie are a great team. I would have continued renting from them had I not purchased a new condo for myself. I recommend fully!

My partner and I rented from Tanzah for approximately 18 months and we had an incredibly positive experience with them. Our building was well maintained, and had lots of character. Our property manager Zaak was pleasant to work with, easy to reach, and quick to act if we ever needed anything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! They have beautiful buildings in great locations in downtown Calgary. The only reason we moved is because we were looking for a bigger space, otherwise we would have stayed for a long time.

Tanzah was my landlords for 3 years, and I have nothing but good things to say! They’re genuine and understanding people. Great communication, and were responsive to any concerns or emergencies I’ve had. Maintenance and repairs were completed in a timely manner. Also, the rent is reasonable and affordable for the location.

I would highly recommend this family owned and operated business to anyone who is looking for a clean, well kept, safe and quiet apartment to call home.

Zaak & co. were great to deal with in my 2.5 years living under their property management. Quick to respond to any inquiries and provided substantial notice whenever there would be disruptions to the building. Could not have asked for much more from a tenant standpoint.
