I have been using this place for years. when my 4 bags were full, I always visit there and I got back more than $20.

However, recently they started counting less bottles and on my last visit they only gave me $13 instead of the $20 I should have received. They took a 30-40% tip without my consent.

They are cheating their customers. I am not gonna use this place anymore.

One of the worst Return-It locations in Metro Vancouver. Parking is extremely limited, and customer service is consistently poor. The older cashier is often rude and unprofessional—rather than speaking politely, she tends to yell when busy or distracted. The refund pickup point next door (owned by the same person) is just as bad. The employee there was on the phone with a friend the entire time and showed zero interest in helping customers. I understand it’s just a bottle depot, but the level of disrespect and poor service here is unmatched in all of BC.

I returned about $30 plus worth of bottles which my husband had already calculated to see if this place doesn’t cheat, and when I returned it, they gave me $8.50 for the 2 large black garbage bags full of vine bottles, canes and bottles, unbelievable. They just lost me as a customer.

Being disabled, there are lots of times when I can't sort and count my own bags. I do pickups from folks who donate them too so I'll either drop off if in clear bags, or get their wonderful staff to do it while I wait.

Being on disability, this service is so appreciated. It bridges the food gap just before paydates.

They have never "ripped" me off, or ignored me, or made me feel like a lesser human just because I'm disabled. (Most people wouldn't know I'm disabled unless they see me on a really bad day, hunched over my cane). If you see a little smart car in the parking lot, say Hi if you see the short lady at the depot. It's often quite busy and we may as well keep ourselves occupied with some friendly chitchat. (Especially if you have a dog. My heart explodes when I get to cuddle a puppy 🤗 and if you need a dog sitter, ask me for one of our stickers. We're good, we're safe, we're loving, and we're affordable. HA nice plug).

Back to the depot. I can't recommend them enough so long as you have patience during typical busy hours/days. Remember to please be kind to the staff. It is a dirty job and you are lucky to have them. I give them 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Coquitlam's Return-It located on Blue Mountain is convenient. They can organize and count your returns after you carefully place them in the table area.

The worst service I've ever encountered. The guy Karl was so slow , the other guy working there put four people through before I got mine done. Then Karl stopped to help someone who had a drop off. He then forgot to come back to me to pay me. I had to remind him. It was over an hour to drop off two bags of reclining. This place is always had a bad record. I would definitely never recommend this place

Do not trust this place!! They pay their employees from stealing from our bottle return. They don’t give us what we bring in.

I know because I felt there was something wrong a few times I went to return some bottles, so the next time I went I counted before hand. I was ripped off $5.00. You x’s that by hundreds of people coming in and you’ve got a good “tip” day. I have decided NOT TO GO BACK! They can not be trusted.
Note: they don’t deserve one star but it gives you no choice

Why it bothered you return items just paid 10cents…each.. all return it depot should be banned or close down…
