I had questions and there were no fobs left but the guest services were phenomenally helpful and available every time I needed anything. The space was lovely, clean and comfortable. Well stocked and a great overall visit even with the construction across the street. Would love to come back once everything is all finished.

Roomy apartment with beautiful views of the mountains & overall good location. We -a family of 4 - especially liked the jacuzzi and bbq on the terrace. Private parking spot. Easy access. Beautiful rooms with good beds. 2 bathrooms, always easy with kids.

Stayed in September in Altitude Adjustment, couldn't have had a better base. Revelstoke was a diversion after Jasper fell through but we're glad we visited. The apartment was fantastic, very high standard with plenty of room and a great hot tub. Allocated secure parking was also a great bonus would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had to book somewhere to stay in Revelstoke almost at the last minute after unfortunately having to divert from Jasper. We couldn't have found a better house to stay in as our base in Revelstoke - Aspen Lodge is a spacious and well appointed house with everything we needed for two nights. A quiet neighbourhood and really convenient for access to everything Revelstoke has to offer. Hot tub a bonus. Air con very good and comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

Upon arrival, we found the instructions a bit confusing. We were staying at the Mackenzie Village which has 4 buildings that share 1 underground parking garage. Being in the third building, the stall numbering was confusing. Seeing that we were struggling, one of the permanent residents explained how the place worked for us and we were able to find our apartment. The bike storage was conveniently located across from our vehicle stall. There was additional gear storage on the main level which was nice.
The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 5 and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was very nice to have a private hot tub on the deck, as well as in-suite laundry.
The AC worked great! Turning the temperature down for night only took a few minutes to get it where you wanted it.
This was a very new apartment and did have a few design flaws and deficiencies. The patio deck handle was a bit loose and the operation was confusing (multipoint locking system). The bathroom sinks had faucets that were too short to be useful. The front door did not latch on its own, so be sure to pull it closed. The deck was very dusty due to construction in the area.
Overall, this was a nice place and contrary to some other reviews, when I called Customer Service, they answered right away and got me the info I needed. Once we got everything figured out, we had a great stay.

Stayed in the Brown units at MacKenzie Village. I was already annoyed by the advertised nightly rate for the suite being doubled with fees at booking, I prefer more upfront listing's, but the cost overall was comparable with other booking platforms.

When we arrived the 3 bedroom unit was clean and nicely set up. It was hot though. Advertisement included availability of portable AC units. The first night we opted to open all windows and sleep in the heat. Next morning when cooking breakfast we found only one tiny 8" fry pan, so we requested AC and a bigger fry pan. The company redeemed itself and provided both by the afternoon. We also couldn't get unto the unit's privare garage that day as the keypad stopped working. The maintenance guy was helpful and got us access within 30 minutes.

Overall the stay was good, beds were very comfortable, the unit was quiet and we rarely heard anything above us. They provided yummy coffee, all the detergents required for laundry, dishwasher and soaps. No ice cube trays though and bare minimum cooking supplies.
