The absolute worst rental company. If I wrote about everything that had gone on in the 2 short months that we lived under this company, this review would be 5 pages long. Luckily they let us out of our lease early - only thing that they did that was redeemable. So disappointed in Rhino as they are very well known in Brandon.

Still waiting on my damage deposit back from them I was told 2 weeks max and that I would get it back sooner. Paid someone to clean the house went over the deducted costs signed a paper saying I was getting a certain amount back. Nobody’s answered my calls or emails as to why I haven’t gotten it back. Super disappointed with how things have been going and how things are now after leaving the apartment damage free and always paying rent on time

If I could give negative stars I would. Landlord is an awful person, records me and my baby in my own apartment without my permission. Very unreasonable people, poor communication, doesn’t answer emails or phone calls. Awful service and rude people to deal with definitely don’t recommend.

Rip off. After moving out and leaving the apartment better than it was before moving in, I called for weeks before they could return a fraction of my security deposit. They deducted absurd fees for cleaning which they couldn't explain. Dealing with them was a hassle and deeply disappointing. I don't recommend them if you want quality service and fair treatment.

Trust the reviews. This property management company is horrible to deal with. They have no address, no hours of operation, no real customer service and they are way behind the times. They don't recognize remote workers, PayPal or Upwork even when we provide letters of employment including contact info. Myrna Gray has a condescending attitude with every interaction. You can hear it clearly in her voice. Highly not recommended.

Worst management. Least co operative. Not ready to serve customer in a convenient way. Harassed and lost my money, they gave me eviction letter for an bugs issue which was not because of me or my roomates. And kept my deposit. Not recommended to have such a deal or environment. Please Reconsider before renting!!!!

Have been asking for our dishwasher to be replaced for about a year. Rhino Properties/ Landlord has done nothing about this request. Told us that we can vacate if we are not satisfied. Black mold in the air conditioner, doors don’t fully close. When our fridge broke they took it to put in a “low income apartment”. They take forever to fix/replace anything but won’t hesitate to raise the rent. We pay over $1600 a month for a place with a landlord that refuses to fix anything. Disgusting behaviour. I hope no one rents with them.

Landlord and the company itself do absolutely nothing with noise complaint. It's been more than 6 months, every week music gets blasted. If you are seeking a quiet place this company is far from enforcing it.
