I can honestly say it’s the best apartment complex in Richmond Hill! The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. The location is unbeatable, with parks right next door and public transportation right at your fingertips. Plus, there’s a huge mall nearby for anything you need, along with great restaurants and a library. The amenities are top-notch, everything is always clean, and the community is so welcoming. It truly feels like home!

I have been living here for 17 months. Here is what I can share with you about my experience living in this apartment. First of all, I have to say that the administration of these apartments is wonderful. The manager and staff are so friendly, and they take care of you when you need anything. They are very respectful and do their job with high responsibility. Second, the layout of the apartment is very good. The location is the best. Here, you have access to everything, from Hillcrest Mall to grocery stores, restaurants, and more.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet, which makes it perfect for families and individuals alike. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly. Additionally, the amenities, such as the gym and pool, are well-maintained and easily accessible. Public transportation is also conveniently close, making commuting a breeze. Overall, living here has been a positive experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I put in a request with maintenance to assist me in cleaning my bedroom window. I could not do it myself and definitely needed help. They were very quick to respond and set up a time that they would come to do the job. I was extremely thankful that they did this for me. They did a great job!

Tbh it was an easy progress for moving in. As a 17 year old who had no experience what so ever i was able to help my mother to get here. They made it amazingly friendly. The location we got is also really good

I have been living in this apartment for 3 years. The apartment is very expensive and the management is very poor. The upstairs harassment is very loud. The noise from the upper floors during rest is very loud and no one takes care of this issue. When the children are playing on the playground, there is no peace at all, like you are in the Olympic field and the neighbors are having a late barbecue.
