I have been renting a space from Richmond Property Group for the last four years. I find them incredibly unresponsive and my rental unit is constantly having issues. I own and run a gym and have been without heat or cooling for the past 6 months. When I email for help or an ETA on when my unit will be repaired or replaced it takes weeks for someone to respond. When I do get a response, no real information is given. When I moved in my hot water tank blew within the first month. Turns out it was many years expired. I was on the hook for replacing it at the cost of $9000. The electrical is terrible and I get the cheapest repairs done, just like all of the previous tenants. The electrician told me he’s never seen worse electrical in his career. If you do not need to lease from these people, I would strongly recommend you don’t!!!

1537 Hillside Ave, this building and property are a mess. It's the building where your company office is located for god's sake.

The heat doesn't work in the winter. There is vandalism and graffiti all around the property on a regular basis.

Richmond Property Group is a slumlord. Hire them if incompetence is your desire in life.

The building management is absolutely terrible. They never respond when contacted about repairs, and it takes forever for anything to get fixed. Even one star feels generous.

For the last 6 weeks a self proclaimed hobbyist tile layer who boasts that he is close friends with the owner of " Richmond propert group" has been trying to replace the tiles.
The tiles leading to the bathrooms are not flat and you can feel them wobble beneath your feet, that is a major slip and fall hazard.
There is dust all over the floors and walls from laying the tiles as he does not clean up at the end of his day. The fire truck came on Jan 2, 2022 because he was grinding away at the stairwell and the sparks set off the fire alarm.
This is very dangerous and Richmond Property Group doesn't seem to care.

A bunch of lazy people with bad attitude working here. As typical, they are eager to collect owner's money AND get nothing done. Stay away from them at all cost. Dealing with this company is nothing but hassle and headache!

Suzy just made my day! I lost my keys down an elevator shaft of one of the buildings they manage and instead of making me replace all my keys at significant cost they went out of their way to arrange for the elevator guy to retrieve my keys! Suzy YOU ROCK!

They are good at collecting money, but at my property, we can't get the eavestroughing cleaned, we have no decent landscaping, the paint is peeling, the sprinklers don't work, etc, etc. Terrible service.
