Notre appartement (1 chambre) est spatieux et très lumineux.
L'accès à la piscine et à la salle de sport est un vrai plus 👍

WARNING!!! Nous gardons une très mauvaise expérience de notre sortie de cet appartement (507- 69:Glamis dr ).
J’ai quitté mon appartement le 29 avril le matin et le soir je trouve une facture de 800$ à régler, pour un nettoyage ou on a passé tous le mois à revoir tout les recoin.
J’ai protesté via mon espace yuhu et celui-ci à été fermé le 30 le matin bien que mon bail se termine cette date le soir. Donc persone ne m’a répondu par écrit.j’utilise donc cette Tribune Google pour répondre.
Il me facture sur le nettoyage alors que nous avons rendu l’appartement plus propre que l’état dont on l’a trouvé. Et pour tous vous dire, les premiers temps, des notre entrée nous avons du faire un nettoyage générale, il y avait vraiment une odeur bizarre et insupportable, jusqu’à ce qu’on découvre que c’était une souris morte dans la cuisine. Nous avons passé un temps pour nettoyer les fenêtres, les glissières de portes pleine de pouciers noire et les dépôts de calcaire dans la salle de bain. C’est vrai qu’il y a une petite trace de brûlure sur le comptoir mais elle est tellement minime qu’elle ne mérite pas autant de pénalité mais l’appartement pourras être loué sans refaire le nettoyage.

À cette époque là, nous venons d’arriver d’une autre province et ne savions pas comment les choses marche ici.

Cet avertissement et pour tout le monde qui veux louer ici. Il faut prendre des photos de votre appartement quand vous le recevez et quand vous le quitter car pour nous qui avons laisser l’appart plus propre que quand nous l’avons entré et payons 800$, je n’imagine pas combien nous aurions du payer s’il était vraiment sale.
Ceci en plus de la facture pour rompre le contrat qui s’élève à 1400$.
Je reconnais quand même que durant notre séjour, nous avons été très satisfais du service reçu par Sushil et nous le remercions pour son professionnalisme.

S’il y avais la possibilité de rendre une note négative p, je l’aurais fais.

Although I was never a Boardwalk resident myself, my sister lived there with her family for over a year. Every time I visited, I noticed an unpleasant smell in her apartment. I always had to open the windows because it was so bad. I suspect it was due to the plumbing system, old building materials, or the low-quality paint used on the walls. I’m so glad they moved out. Not recommending this rental building.

The property managers Brenda and Sushil were always helpful when we stayed there. Maintenance was also helpful and quick. They organized several events as well for tenants as well. Whenever we had any concerns Brenda and David contacted promptly and resolved the same as well.

First of all, Boardwalk representative are very professional and responsive. Sushil from Richmond and Hayat from Viking Arms helps me lot for internal transfer to Calgary from Edmonton.

I have very good experience living in board walk property since last 9 months, maintenance requests are acknowledge within 24 hours and completed within 72 hours.

Location is very convenient, near to malls and schools, bus stop is just 2 mins walk , downtown just 15 mins away from apartment.

Overall very good experience with Richmond and Boardwalk

I’ve lived here for three years. Going on four. And I would highly recommend not living here. If you need a quick place to live for a month or two then maybe. Regardless of the construction going on they have a bob cat on premises 5 days a week which is noisier than the construction itself. They will not update your suite but will raise your rent 150 a year. Landlord has told me that if I move they would put someone else in my suite and charge them even more. Windows are single pane windows so you hear everything outside. Building 73 doesn’t have a proper side walk to the front door. So winter time it’s sloppy. They try their best but it’s never kept up. Without proper signage your mail and skip deliveries get mixed up more than often. Walls and ceilings have to be made of paper. I can hear a pen roll across my upstairs neighbours floor. The only reason I’ve stayed so long is because of the community here. My neighbours make this place and the landlords seem to forget that. No loyalty to their tenants. Don’t get my started on parking and guest parking here. The stalls are so narrow I want to say less than standard parking spot sizes. So be prepared for your car to have new dings! They have us parking in the tennis courts right now as they are repatching the parkade and those spots are the perfect size but we all know we will have to go back to the narrow spots again. Guest parking you have to call in each time or go down to the office. Don’t know why each tenant can’t have a parking pass to save calling people at 2am to call your significant other or friend in. My one bedroom apartment is going up to 1700-1800 and it’s half updated. So no carpet… and my cabinets are painted the landlord special. (Layers of white paint) and that’s half updated apparently. Lately it’s just been to much to handle and I’m writing this review knowing it won’t change anything but hopefully divert people from living here long term.
