Terrible company to work for, I’ve never seen such a high rate of turnover. They keep employees for a few months and toss them at random. Run far, far away if considering employment here. They will let you go without cause.
So unorganized in the Accounting dept especially.
I will edit my review given their response. I was convinced to leave my last company to come work at Rimrock, and they accepted my hours. “You’re family” until you’re not. And your “90% retention rate” is your kids that work for you.
I am also not the only employee they did this to. A long-time college was also let go recently, and he wasn’t working part time. I’ve known this person 15yrs and he’s never been let go. You just have extremely high turn over for no reason as you let go very qualified people. Good luck to you.

They've always been understanding and helpful. A lot more reasonable than some other property managers. Will definitely try to stay with rimrock in the future if we decide to move.

Dirty, broken building, smells like an animal farm, poor treatment and negligent workers, contract terms require you to say whatever you want, sir, and the landlord is a jerk, don't rent with this jerk, he only cares about making money
We have left your dirty building and this is the result of your negligence. Are you honest in what you say? Stop lying and the dirty experience is over
We shared our concerns with you, but you are dirty people who do not treat people who do not speak English with respect.

I've had a terrible experience with this company. The communication is severely lacking- emails are routinely ignored, and even the emergency line remains unresponsive. Requests take an unreasonably long time to be addressed, sometimes months, if they’re even addressed at all. Would give zero stars if I could.

Rimrock property is one of the very few property management groups where I can fully say they are fully transparent, from tenant on-boarding and beyond! They show that they care about the tenants and always try to meet the demands on their tenants! Jacey from Rimrock is one of the best property managers I’ve come across. She builds a strong relationship with her tenants and is able to meetup the needs of the clients under her management pronto! She is my go to contact when I have concerns at my unit!

Fair, don't pull pull any punches; Always sincere and meet any the issue as is; An asset that for those who don't care care and like to beat around the bush--this is no last resort. Management, "first class, they deal with things as peoe not data or statistics" ;Easy to talk to and rest assured nothing gets left on the table; Live, and "we enjoy life and be safe" that's what I What I get from the staff at Rimrock Management. I am satisfied to the fullest and I mean that. I have Jayvee Kawalski is responsible and gets back to you promptly. I will not Etiquette the shines through with these folk. I I love it, but I They are lively and only pursue the best for there residents.
