I don't think this company is really that bad but the Nikki that runs the show... She's a real "treat". Likes to hang up on you if she doesn't like the way the discussion is going and will not return phone calls. Also likes to lead her tenants on and then ghosts them after she changes what she said.
She is a lovely individual and amazing human being for someone who rides a broom to and from work

Terrible landlord. Evicting seniors from Golden Homes with 2 months notice to “repair pipes and electrical”. One senior has lived there for 17 years and just survived breast cancer. At least give them temporary housing while you make the repairs. Or if your real plans are to demolish, have a heart and give them 6 months and free rent, so you don’t add to the housing crisis. What if this was your grandma?.

Thanks Terry Carriere for your review above which tells me this Group is EXACTLY who I'd love to deal with. I think what you failed to mention is they are anti ILLEGAL cannabis and they don't tolerate illegal activity. The use of properly medically prescribed and LEAGALLY obtained cannabis is permitted with approval after confirming both. Seeing there is currently no legal cannabis available in this area yet, they are simply enforcing their rules of no illegal activity. So I'm quite happy this Group keeps illegal drug users out of their parks, as they should. If you want to get high and stoned find somewhere else to do it! So thanks for letting the rest of us law abiding people who are looking for a quiet and peacefully place to live without having stoner criminals living amoungst us, that the owners are turning pothead criminals away and for good reason!
