My experience (and all of the other tenants) dealing with them has been subpar, marked by a lack of accountability and understanding. Unfortunately, their approach seems to prioritize avoiding commitments and providing unsatisfactory responses rather than addressing concerns constructively.

An example of this is the absence of a garbage can in the women's public bathroom within our office building, which is not only inconvenient but also reflects a disregard for basic amenities. Additionally, the management's reliance on intimidation tactics fosters an unwelcoming atmosphere.

For those seeking reliability and accountability, I advise exploring alternative options. The absence of these qualities may lead to a better experience for both businesses and tenants alike
