Excellent service provides by an extremely professional company. Had two kitchens done at the same time, with Quartz in both. The team here were efficient and competent throughout, with Erin guiding me through and doing a wonderful job on sales. The installers David and Jerry were professional, skilled and personable, very clean and thorough.

The team seems to have cohesive communication between the different departments, with great response times and the equipment they used for measure up and layout is next level space technology

Highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for future projects, they also happened to be the best value on pricing so win win

I cry everytime I enter the kitchen! It is crooked and all the cut spacer pieces are chipped because British John used the wrong blade to cut the wood.
So many mistakes were made right from the start. Kelly kept telling me to stick with it they will make it right. Well her solution was to cover up the chips with something.

I had to remove the light rails that were so horribly chipped from all the cupboards.

They make you pay the full balance before any work begins so you are totally at their mercy. Worst experience ever.

Rock wood did finally refund a small portion of money and replaced the glass cabinet door s because I cut myself on the sharp edges and the glass would wobble when the doors were opened and closed.

Walking into a "new" kitchen to see all the chips , the crookedness and extremely poor workmanship is so disheartening. I am ashamed to show anyone my kitchen.

Emily at Rockwood Kitchens not only designed an incredibly beautiful kitchen, she was there for me with any challenge I was faced with. I had a unique situation with losing my home in a fire and the rebuild taking longer then it should have. Due to circumstances out of my control the builder was not ready on the install date and Emily took care of our family finding solutions until it was ready. I have never seen a company do more for a customer then Rockwood and I am so grateful for Emily and the organization

With dozens of kitchen companies to choose from, it's hard to know where to start so we asked our friends who had recently installed a kitchen (which they had shipped from Barrie to the Bahamas) and they referred us to Rockwood. Since the kitchen was being installed in our Muskoka cottage which has no air conditioning in the summer and is shut down for the winter, we wanted a product that could take the heat and humidity as well as the cold. The fact that Rockwood uses plywood boxes, dovetailed drawers and wood, painted doors, gave me comfort that this product could withstand the expansion and contraction that I knew would occur. We went to Rockwood in Barrie and met with Emily Schmitz who walked us though the product and their process. She was a good listener and had some great suggestions. Emily took our ideas and came up with a design that we were very happy with. We went back and forth on drawings and Emily was very patient, answered all our questions in a timely manner and turned around drawings very quickly. Originally, we were going to assemble the cabinets and install them ourselves but when Emily showed us the difference between pick up and Rockwood delivery/install, we went that route. The installers came and did the install in two days - it would have taken me much more time so it was really worth it! Post installation follow-up was great as well. We had one issue where we wanted to adjust the opening for our wine fridge and Emily sent out a person to make the changes at no charge. We have had lots of great comments on our kitchen and it has greatly improved everyone's experience at our cottage! Thanks Rockwood and Emily!

Emily the designer and Chris the installer were a dream team!! We couldn't be happier with the entire process. From our initial contact with Rockwood, to the finished product, was a super easy process. The quality and finish is amazing. Don't bother shopping around, Rockwood Kitchens is definitely my first choice!! We would highly recommend them for a basic kitchen or a large, custom kitchen. I recently used RockWood Kitchens Barrie for a complete kitchen overhaul. Megan was my designer. She was very creative with the design, open to my feedback and changes, solutions-oriented and patient throughout the entire process, which put my mind at ease during a time that can be extremely stressful. During the installation process, Damian always consulted with me and provided options before proceeding with the install. He was very knowledgeable and provided his opinion, based on his years of experience. when requested. He was very pleasant and always kept the space tidy.
