The staff were all incredibly nice and welcoming. Alyssa Juma was fantastic at engaging our baby by using toys to capture their attention, which made the whole process go smoothly. She was also very patient and thorough in explaining the report to us. The entire session took about 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

Our baby had a flat head due to only preferring to look in one direction for months. We worked with a chiropractor to resolve this but by the time 6 months came, it was still very flat despite being upright most of the day. We got a referral to RokBand and they did a non invasive scan which made the severity more apparent (since he had such long hair). They gave us our options which were to do nothing, give it more time and come for another scan, or start treatment. They also outlined the risks of doing nothing and were honest that the main concerns would be cosmetic or related to hockey/bike helmet purchases later. I felt like they were honest and did not pressure me. After consideration we decided to treat. Results were huge at the first 3 week visit (from severe to mild/moderate). The helmet was on 3 months (was in normal at 2 months but decided to wait for the next growth spurt to pass). Then 3 weeks of no helmet to check for retention. Overall we are very happy with the progress, the speed of how fast we saw results, and how great it was working with Tanis and Mikhaela. The staff were very kind and sweet to us and our baby. The helmet had no negative effects on our child, no discomfort for him, and no issues even in the summer heat. We were originally skeptical about participating but the results were definitely, in my opinion, more than could have been corrected at this age by natural means and faster.

We had a lovely experience at the Rokband Head Clinic today. There were no delays and Alyssa explained the whole process very thoroughly to us and provided us with a wealth of knowledge on a topic we know very little about. We highly recommend this clinic if you’re ever wanting your little ones head measured for peace of mind!

A few weeks ago, we visited this clinic for my son's evaluation. We were greeted warmly by everyone there and felt truly welcomed. The team meticulously measured his head from multiple dimensions, and we were impressed by their professionalism. They provided us with clear, concrete data from the scan and offered helpful suggestions for next steps. My baby, who was just six months old,

We are very grateful for our experience working with the ROKband team! Every member of the team is incredibly kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. Our baby was born with torticollis resulting in severe plagiocephaly. We were referred to ROKband by our physiotherapist because of the advanced technology and how quickly ROKband is able to treat their patients - we had our helmet within 5 days of our assessment! The helmet was custom built to our baby's head shape, lightweight, and low profile. We believe the low profile and precise shape allowed our baby to play freely, as if it wasn't even there. Our baby graduated in a normal range after about 6 months of treatment and we couldn't be happier. Thank you so much ROKband for treating our baby in such a positive, compassionate manor.

All the staff at ROKband are awesome! We did our initial free scan and decided to go ahead with the band, and it was ready after one week cox they have the helmet printing machine at the same building! This really saves a lot of time as I know the Kelowna location doesn’t have the machine at their clinic, so babies in Vancouver area are lucky!! Staff gave us clear demo and instructions of how to take care of the band, how to wear and remove it etc. Baby was totally happy with the band, thanks to all the staff at the clinic!!!!^_^
